Right Choices Corn Maze

Right Choices Corn Maze

We made a trip out to Southwest City, MO last Sunday to visit one of our favorite pumpkin patches.

Right choices is about a 45 minute drive from our home-but much worth the drive!  It had been about 4 years since we had been out there and we were surprised to see all the things they had added!

New Favorites

An enormous jump pad.

 My kids LOVED this!!

This guy was so funny.  He walked around singing everything from “Jesus Loves Me” to silly songs he made up in the moment.

The girls were SO excited about this!  When we first arrived at Right Choices we paid $12.00/family member so that we could do everything as much as we wanted.  The pony rides were the one thing that was not covered under that deal.  The ride was also pretty short.  They did really enjoy it though. 🙂

This was yet another new thing that had been added since our last visit.  A really cute touch I thought.

Hay Ride

This hay ride is so relaxing after running all over and doing all the activities they offer.  It allows you to see such beautiful views of the country side.  I would suggest bringing a snack, or buying one to munch on during the ride.   This is usually a half-way point for us.  It gives us a little rest before we tackle the corn maze.

053When you enter the maze you have the choice of doing the short maze or the long one.  They give you a map that has also has trivia questions to help you decide which direction to go.  We chose the long path and my littles were pretty much done half way through.

064But it was worth it to get to see this view…

062It was such a fun day.  There’s actually several fun things to do that I didn’t even grab pictures of.  They have a Pumpkin store, a patch to pick from, a kettle corn stand, a snack stand, a corn box (like a sandbox, but with corn) cow train, a corn cannon, and this fun little cave to explore.

040041We had such a great time.  I would suggest wearing rain boots if you have them.  Even though it hadn’t rained for a couple days there were still muddy spots in the corn maze.  You will also probably need extra cash for snacks or pack some of your own.  They have quite a few picnic tables set up at one of the entrances.  We saw a few families having picnics, and I made a mental note to do that next time.

The funny thing is that we have a pretty nice pumpkin patch about 10 minutes from our house.  There is just something special about Right Choices though.  I look forward to heading out there in years to come. 🙂

What Pumpkin Patches do you enjoy?

Hope you have a BLESSED day!
